ALL HAIL GUACAMOLE!

Spread it, dip it, scoop it on a salad or eat it by the spoonful...
Take your carrots, Broccoli, or poblano peppers for a dip in
Raw Guacamole!
3 Avocados, pitted
1 onion, diced
2 tomatoes, diced
2 sprigs fresh cilantro, finely chopped
Juice of 1 lime or lemon
1 gloves garlic
cayenne pepper to taste
Sea salt to taste
1/2 cup coconut water or purified water (or more to get the right consistency)

Scoop the meat from the avocado skin. Cut the avocados into chunks, place in a large bowl, and mash with a spoon.

Gently stir in the onions, tomatoes and cilantro. Squeeze in the lime juice and stir in salt to taste. Add the water as desired.

P.S
Here are a few fun facts about the avocado fruit (yes, fruit...)

Helps with bad breath: The avocado is one of the best natural mouth wash and a remedy for bad breath. It is effective in removing intestinal putrefactions or decomposition which are the real cause of a coated tongue and this unpleasant condition.

Beauty aid: The oil extracted is widely used in preparation of beauty products. These include creams, cleansers and moisturizers to prevent the ageing effect of dehydration; bath oils, shampoos, scalp conditioner and hair tonic.

Hi there,

I just wanted to share with you a recipe that I make every time I get kale. It's absolutely wonderful and quite simple.

1 bunch local organic kale, washed, stems removed, ribbon cut
1 carrot, washed, peeled and julienned
1/2 cup shredded red cabbage
Dressing:
3 Tbsp. Bragg Liquid Aminos (or soy sauce)
4 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. crushed garlic
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Combine kale, carrot and cabbage in a bowl. Whisk together dressing ingredients and pour over vegetables. Toss lightly.

Enjoy!
